Description ​With the help of objective key figures, Compatibility Monitoring creates a strategic basis to define fields of action and goals regarding compatibility. The analysis not only offers organisations an analysis of compatibility but also enables a comparison between companies as well as with other relevant data, providing participating organisations with clear indications of where they can take action regarding compatibility.​ ​Our approach is based on the analysis of anonymised personnel data and is therefore more efficient and requires less effort from companies compared to an employee survey. Based on the results, you can jointly derive tailored goals and measures in exchange with experts to sustainably improve the balance between work and other areas of life for your employees.​ ​Regularly conducted Compatibility Monitoring also allows for checking the impact of interventions.
