Equal pay is a constitutional right — but not yet a reality in practice.
Switzerland's Federal Constitution has required equal pay for work of equal value since 1981. Yet the unexplained pay gap between women and men still stands at around 7%. A systematic pay analysis makes gaps visible — and closes them.
