Workshops on Compatibility – From Reflection to Practical and Company-Specific Solution Approaches

Description Our practice-oriented workshops offer diverse opportunities to engage intensively with the compatibility of work, family, and caregiving for relatives. In addition to established topics such as work & care, self-care, distance caregiving, or family models, the content can be flexibly adapted to the needs of the company. The workshops combine well-founded impulses, practical exercises, and active experience exchange. Participants receive everyday applicable tips, reflect on their own compatibility model, and develop individual as well as operational solution approaches.
