Trans kompakt (Offer 4) – Consulting and recommendations for action to recruit trans people to strengthen inclusion and diversity in the company

From: Transgender Network Switzerland TGNS The offer supports companies and Regional Employment Centres (RAV) in promoting diversity and inclusion in dealing with transgender issues. Under the title A4: Organisational Development – Diversity, Inclusion, Recruitment and trans@work, workshops, informational materials and an online course are being developed. These measures strengthen gender competencies and promote an inclusive work environment. The goal is to improve working conditions for trans people and establish social diversity in companies.
