Leaders for Equality - Survey on the Involvement of Male Executives in Equality Work

From: University of St. Gallen, Chair of Organizational Psychology The offer includes a survey for executives to more strongly involve male leaders in equality work. The goal is to sustainably adapt the processes, culture, and structures of companies. Through interviews, focus groups, and a nationwide online survey, it will be determined how male executives perceive equality measures and how they can be actively involved. Based on these findings, strategies and concepts will be developed.
