Leaders for Equality - Toolbox with Best Practices for Involving Male Leaders in Equality Work

From: University of St. Gallen, Chair of Organisational Psychology The offer provides best practices for companies to more strongly involve male leaders in equality work. The goal is to sustainably adapt company processes, culture, and structures. Through interviews, focus groups, and a nationwide online survey, it is examined how male leaders view equality and how they can be better integrated. Based on the findings, strategies and concepts are developed to support companies in involving leaders in equality work. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (FOGE) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
