From: University of St. Gallen, Chair of Organisational Psychology The offer aims to increasingly involve male leaders in equality work. Companies receive a practice-oriented toolbox in the form of a card game that supports them in sustainably adapting their processes, culture and structures. Through interviews and focus groups in selected companies as well as a nationwide online survey, the attitudes of male leaders towards equality and how they can be better involved are examined. Based on these findings, the project develops concepts and strategies for more active participation of leaders in equality work. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
