Leaders for Equality - Consulting on the involvement of male executives in equality work

From: University of St. Gallen, Chair of Organizational Psychology The offer includes consulting for companies to specifically involve male executives in equality work. The goal is to sustainably optimise company processes, structures and corporate culture. Through interviews, focus groups and a nationwide online survey, it is analysed how male executives support the promotion of equality and how they can be more effectively integrated into these processes. Based on the findings, concepts and strategies are developed to support companies in implementation.
