From: Ostschweizer Fachhochschule OST, Institute for Gender and Diversity The offer supports companies and employees in shaping a gender-equitable new work culture. The goal is to establish a work culture that uses digital opportunities and focuses on the compatibility of work and family. For this purpose, an online tool is being developed that measures the maturity level of a gender-equitable new work culture in organizations. Workshops, discussions and surveys in companies with an existing new work culture serve as the basis for the development of implementation measures and guidelines. These measures will be tested in further organizations. Diversity IGD St. Gallen. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
