Workshop for companies to promote a gender-equitable new work culture

From: Ostschweizer Fachhochschule OST, Institute for Gender and Diversity The offer supports companies and employees in shaping a gender-equitable new work culture. The goal is to establish a work culture that uses digital opportunities and focuses on the compatibility of work and family. For this purpose, an online tool is being developed that measures the maturity level of a gender-equitable new work culture in organizations. Workshops, discussions and surveys in companies with an existing new work culture serve as the basis for the development of implementation measures and guidelines.
