The offer was/is supported by the Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) with financial aid.
The "Label UND" recognises organizations that anchor compatibility and equality in strategy, structure and culture. It is based on a structured process with five basic modules, whereby a defined quality level must be achieved. The award is valid for three years and is renewed through recertification.
