Leaders for Equality - Toolbox with guide for involving leaders in equality work

From: University of St. Gallen, Chair of Organisational Psychology The offer supports companies in involving male leaders more strongly in equality work. With a practice-oriented toolbox and a guide, concrete approaches are provided to adapt processes, corporate culture and structures. Through interviews, focus groups and a nationwide online survey, it is determined how leaders stand on promoting equality and how they can be specifically involved. Based on these findings, strategies are developed to help companies strengthen their equality work in the long term and make it more sustainable. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
