Leaders for Equality - Toolbox with short films for involving male leaders in equality work

From: University of St. Gallen, Chair of Organisational Psychology The offer aims to involve male leaders more strongly in equality work. Companies receive a toolbox as well as short films that convey practical approaches to adapting processes, corporate culture and structures. Through interviews, focus groups and a nationwide online survey in Switzerland, it is examined how male leaders perceive equality processes and can be involved. Based on these findings, strategies and concepts are developed to strengthen their role in equality work.
