Culture Guide - Pioneering Impulses for Corporate Cultures

Our program “Culture Guide VIII” is aimed at SMEs in the engineering and environmental sectors. For about 1 year, we work closely with 6-8 companies within the framework of various modules with different focuses. The overarching goal is to initiate a sustainable change in corporate cultures. We promote the assertiveness of your female STEM professionals, the awareness and understanding of harmful gender stereotypes in your company as well as their anchoring and continuation through structures and processes. In addition, the program sensitises the leaders of your company to internal gender-specific career obstacles and equips them as best as possible to promote a more inclusive, equality-shaped working environment. The “Culture Guide” involves different parts of the company and holds everyone equally responsible. Every company is unique.
