From: Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences OST, Institute for Organisation and Leadership IOL The offer supports career development for women aged 45 and over. The offer supports companies in innovative personnel policies to use the potential of women 45+ in a value-creating way. This helps ensure that women remain in their careers and increasingly work in leadership positions. Companies that want to undertake a comprehensive, analysis-based process from the start can conduct a screening to gain a general and women 45+-focused insight into the strategic orientation of their personnel development and career promotion, and to identify success factors as well as problem areas in operational implementation. The goal is to analyse and increase the professionalism of personnel and career development at both personal and organisational levels. One focus is on how well successful careers are possible regardless of gender and age.
