The offer supports companies in innovative personnel policies to use the potential of women 45+ in a value-adding way. This helps ensure that women remain in their careers and increasingly work in leadership positions. In addition to the results, FHS St.Gallen presents various measures that can be used individually or as part of a comprehensive personnel development strategy related to (female) employees 45+ for design purposes. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
