The Equality Act in Everyday Work - Success through Fairness

The equality of women and men and the right to equal pay for work of equal value are enshrined in the Federal Constitution. The Federal Act on Equality between Women and Men (Equality Act, GlG) implements this constitutional provision. The GlG prohibits discrimination against anyone in the workplace based on their gender.
