The offer supports companies in innovative personnel policies to use the potential of women 45+ in a value-creating way. This helps ensure that women remain in their careers and increasingly work in leadership positions. Those who take on strategic leadership tasks for an entire company or business units must be able to motivate and convince themselves and others. With further education in management and leadership, the providers impart a practical, solid, and integrated understanding of fundamental business topics and leadership contexts. Great importance is placed on transferring the acquired knowledge into corporate practice: participants are enabled to critically reflect on and further develop their own leadership actions. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
