Promoting equality in the tourism sector through analysis, measures and best practices

From: Verein equality4tourism The offer aims to promote equality between women and men in the tourism industry and to counteract the shortage of skilled workers in the long term. Based on an analysis of the representation of women in leadership bodies of tourism organisations, practical measures and best practice examples are developed that are also feasible for SMEs. The goal is to strengthen the presence of women at the strategic level, to drive structural improvements and to promote solutions.
