To raise awareness and promote family-friendliness in companies, businesses can be certified as family-friendly - Work-Family Balance Certificate - and thus benefit from an improved image in the job market. The certificate is a modular certification that can be obtained at three levels: Basic Standard, Advanced Standard, and Professional Standard. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports the project with financial aid.
