The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports the project with financial aid.
From: Office for the Equality of Women and Men of the Canton of Bern FGS The offer includes workshops for companies to collaboratively develop a bilingual exchange platform for best practices in the field of equality. The platform connects companies that want to develop practical solutions for equality issues, exchange knowledge and learn from each other. Within the framework of three one-year program cycles with four workshops each, companies can participate as needed.
