The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/has supported the project with financial aid.

From: Careum Hochschule Gesundheit, Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences The offer includes a handbook for companies that supports Spitex organisations in the fair design of employment for caregiving relatives. This employment model provides relatives with financial security but raises equality-related questions due to uncertain working conditions, small workloads and short notice periods. The project addresses these challenges to counteract gender-specific precarisation. Additionally, an online calculation tool is being developed that transparently shows employees, employers and authorities the financial opportunities and risks of the model.
