From: University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland, Institute for Cooperation Research and Development The FHNW offer supports hospitals in creating better conditions for the compatibility of work, career and family for hospital doctors. For this purpose, guidelines are being developed that show concrete measures to promote compatibility. Together with five organisations, a development process is being tested that promotes both cultural and structural modernisations of working and career conditions. In addition to the medical profession, human resources as well as health and quality management are also involved to create an agenda for targeted change. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (FOGE) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
