From: Transgender Network Switzerland TGNS The Offer A3: Trans Coming-out Support assists companies and employees in creating a trans-friendly work environment. Under the label TGNS trans welcome, workshops and consulting services on transgender topics are offered. Additionally, an online course is provided that strengthens gender competencies in companies and promotes social diversity. The goal is to improve working conditions for trans people and create an inclusive work climate.
