From: Transgender Network Switzerland TGNS The offer A2: Trans and gender competence in the workplace is aimed at companies and regional employment offices (RAV). It includes workshops, informational materials and an online course aimed at strengthening gender competence in companies and promoting social diversity. The goal is to improve working conditions for trans people and create an inclusive work environment.
