From: Transgender Network Switzerland TGNS The offer A1: Trans compact is aimed at companies and regional employment offices (RAV) and supports them in dealing with the topic of transgender. It includes the development of workshops and informational materials as well as an online course that strengthens gender competencies in companies and promotes social diversity. The goal is to improve working conditions for trans people and create an inclusive work environment.
