From: Competence Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) of the Research Centre for International Management (FIM), University of St. Gallen The St. Gallen Diversity Benchmarking offers companies with 100 employees a comprehensive benchmarking tool to effectively manage their gender equality goals and measure progress compared to other organisations. The offering is continuously developed by aiming for closer collaboration with multipliers and adapting the evaluations to the specific requirements of different companies and industries. New surveys focusing on the proportion of women in leadership positions and salary analyses complement the benchmarking. The results are analysed and provided to participating companies for targeted optimisation of their gender equality measures. Verein Gleichstellungs-Controlling, Zurich. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
