The "Essential" offering includes a detailed analysis as well as measures for further development, tailored to the specific needs of different companies and industries. Through collaboration with multipliers and the introduction of new surveys on topics such as the proportion of women in leadership positions and salary analyses, the benchmarking is continuously further developed.
