Professional Returnship - Promotion of the development and dissemination of an internal company re-entry program through best practices

From: Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Institute of Financial Services IFZ The offer provides best practices for companies and promotes the development and dissemination of returnship programs in Switzerland. Employers are supported in the introduction, implementation and evaluation of re-entry programs. The goal is to create a sustainable structure for returnships, to comprehensively inform companies and to promote knowledge transfer. The offer includes training and coaching for awareness raising as well as workshops and conferences for further education and networking.
