From: Office for the Equality of Women and Men of the Canton of Bern FGS The offer includes a membership for companies that want to use a bilingual exchange platform for best practices in equality. The platform connects companies that develop practical solutions for equality issues and want to share their knowledge and experiences. Within the framework of three one-year program cycles, each with four workshops, companies can participate according to their needs. The developed information and practical examples are made available online and are accessible to all interested companies.
