HSG Diversity Benchmarking - Data-driven analysis as a management tool for planning and implementing internal company gender equality goals

From: Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion (CCDI) The St. Gallen Diversity Benchmarking offers companies and organisations a data-driven analysis to systematically plan, manage and implement goals for gender equality of women and men. The focus is on the development, testing and introduction of an interactive Diversity & Inclusion platform that digitises the evaluation of large data sets and enables needs-oriented information delivery. The aim is to provide participating companies with contemporary and comprehensive support. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports the project with financial aid.
