Go-for-jobsharing - Use of psychometric assessments to promote job and topsharing in companies

From: Association PTO Part-Time Optimisation The offer supports companies with psychometric assessments to specifically promote the use of topsharing and jobsharing. Measures such as the update of the website, a survey on job and topsharing in Switzerland, and a specialist event raise awareness among employers and strengthen understanding of these work models. Additionally, specialised tools such as HR support, workshops, coaching, and function assessments are provided to sustainably support the implementation and success of topsharing and jobsharing. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
