Gender Lab - Consulting for awareness-raising and development of measures on equality issues in working life

From: Verein collaboratio helvetica The offer includes consulting for companies to promote gender equality in the workplace. The organisation collaboratio helvetica works with employees from various sectors to raise awareness of the topic in workshops and events, identify fields of action, and develop concrete measures. The starting point is the personal behaviour and perception patterns of the participants. Through a participatory approach, change processes are initiated in companies that aim to contribute to a sustainably equal corporate culture. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (FOGE) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
