dads@ work - Pilot project to promote the compatibility of professional and family life for fathers through targeted training offers

From: Verein männer.ch The dads@work offer promotes the sustainable integration of fatherhood in companies and strengthens the compatibility of work and family. It is aimed at fathers, families and companies and offers specialized training and courses. In a crash course, expectant fathers are supported in initiating early conversations with their partner and supervisors and agreeing on flexible working time models. A fathers' network, consisting of fathers and executives, supports companies in introducing family-friendly working conditions. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
