From: Verein UND, Family and Employment for Men and Women The offer supports companies and associations in promoting the compatibility of work and family as well as internal company equality of opportunity for women and men. The compatibility of different areas of life, the management of work and everyday life, repeatedly presents new challenges. In the Life Balance Workshop of the Fachstelle UND, participants systematically reflect on their current and desired life situation. The workshop addresses the personal values, priorities and plans of the participants and takes into account their individual life phase. Participants leave the workshop with an action plan for optimizing their life balance.
