Workshop on financial security and self-care in balancing work and caregiving responsibilities

From: Verein profawo The offer includes the Betriebs-Check workshop for companies and supports the promotion of work-family balance. The non-profit organisation profawo offers a modular system with 25 modules, enabling diverse approaches to managing work and caregiving for relatives. Companies can benefit, for example, from surveys, exhibitions, informational materials or a Betriebs-Check. Key modules are translated into French, Italian and English and made accessible to companies and organisations through targeted advertising and promotional measures. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
