The non-profit organisation profawo offers a modular system with 25 modules, enabling various approaches to managing work and caregiving responsibilities. Companies can benefit from surveys, exhibitions, informational materials, or an operational check, for example. Key modules are translated into French, Italian, and English and made accessible to companies and organisations through targeted advertising and promotional measures. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
