Workshop for supervisors to promote and raise awareness of the compatibility of work and caregiving responsibilities

From: Verein profawo The offer includes workshops for supervisors and supports the promotion of work-family balance. The non-profit organisation profawo offers a modular kit with 25 modules, enabling diverse approaches to managing work and caregiving for relatives. Companies can benefit, for example, from surveys, exhibitions, informational materials, or a company check. Key modules are translated into French, Italian, and English and made accessible to companies and organisations through targeted advertising and promotional measures. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
