Support for sexual harassment in the audiovisual industry

From: SWAN Swiss Women’s Audiovisual Network The offer includes support for sexual harassment and the promotion of career development for female employees in the audiovisual industry. The goal is to strengthen gender equality in all areas of the industry. The project focuses on cultural, structural and systemic changes to improve women’s professional opportunities, visibility and contract situation, and to raise awareness of equal opportunity issues in the industry. Various products and programmes are developed to support women in their careers and initiate sustainable cultural change. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (FOGE) supports the project with financial aid.
