The UND specialist unit supports HR, equality, diversity and health professionals in developing projects and advisory services for the compatibility of work and other life contents as well as promoting equality between women and men. The UND specialist unit reviews internal company documents, develops customised concepts or takes on a comprehensive consulting mandate – according to the needs of the companies.
