From: SWAN Swiss Women’s Audiovisual Network The offer includes awareness measures for female employees and supports the career development of women in the audiovisual industry. The goal is to advance gender equality between women and men in all areas of the industry. Through cultural, structural and systemic changes, the professional opportunities, visibility and order situation of women are to be improved and issues of equal opportunity more firmly anchored in the industry.
