Professional Returnship - Access for companies to toolkits for designing re-entry programs

From: Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Institute for Financial Services IFZ The offer includes a comprehensive toolkit for companies to introduce and implement returnship programs. The goal is to support Swiss companies in building internal re-entry programs and to create a sustainable structure for the dissemination of returnships. The toolkit provides information, training and materials that facilitate knowledge transfer and raise awareness among employers on the topic. Additionally, trainings, coachings, workshops and conferences are organised for further education and networking. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (FOGE) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
