From: Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Institute of Financial Services IFZ The offer includes support and consulting for companies to build and establish returnship programs in Switzerland. It supports employers in the introduction, implementation and evaluation of internal re-entry programs. The goal is to create a sustainable structure for returnships, impart knowledge and promote exchange. The offer includes training and coaching for awareness-raising, workshops and conferences for further education as well as networking.
