From: Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Institute of Financial Services IFZ The offer enables companies to access a network of professionals willing to return to work and supports them in building and implementing returnship programmes. The goal is to establish a sustainable structure for re-entry programmes in Switzerland, inform companies, and promote knowledge transfer. The offer includes training and coaching for awareness-raising, workshops and conferences for further education as well as networking. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
