The goal is to establish a sustainable structure for re-entry programmes in Switzerland, inform companies, and promote knowledge transfer. The offer includes training and coaching for awareness-raising, workshops and conferences for further education as well as networking. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
