From: Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Institute for Financial Services IFZ The offer includes a community and a network for companies to promote the development and dissemination of returnship programs in Switzerland. Companies receive support in the introduction, implementation and evaluation of re-entry programs. The goal is to create a sustainable structure for returnships, to comprehensively inform employers and to ensure knowledge transfer. The offer includes training and coaching for awareness-raising, workshops and conferences for further education as well as networking opportunities.
