Label UND - Certify companies for compatibility and equality in their strategy, structure and culture

From: Verein UND, Family and gainful employment for men and women The offer supports companies and associations in promoting the compatibility of work and family as well as internal equal opportunities for women and men. With the “Label UND”, the Fachstelle UND awards companies that have anchored compatibility and equality in strategy, structure and culture, actively promote it through their internal processes and thus achieve a defined quality level. The defined label process with re-certification every 3 years ensures that changes are responded to and the attractiveness as employers can be further increased. In addition to a publicly effective label, companies benefit from a broad network of compatibility-friendly organisations and regularly receive support from the Fachstelle UND. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/supported the project with financial aid.
