MisB – Website for young men to promote the proportion of men in social and childcare sectors

From: Verein männer.ch The offer includes a website for young men aimed at promoting entry into social professions to improve gender balance in this field. With the help of male role models, the image of social professions is positively influenced. Together with men from the industry, materials are developed to motivate young people and career changers to choose a social profession, while breaking down existing gender stereotypes. Information events, trade fair appearances and targeted social media activities disseminate the project’s content. The results are evaluated in a workshop and presented to a professional audience.
