Information sheets for business management with a focus on work-family balance in agriculture

Household and family work is included as an integral part in the planning and analysis tools of agricultural enterprises. Agricultural advisors are trained to improve the division of labour between women and men and to identify work overloads at an early stage. The offer includes exchange meetings, interviews with farm manager couples and discussions with advisors.
