Career promotion of women to strengthen equality in the audiovisual industry through mentorship and support

From: SWAN Swiss Women’s Audiovisual Network The offer includes mentorship and support for female employees to promote their career development in the audiovisual industry and to strengthen equality. The goal is to improve the professional opportunities, visibility and workload of women in audiovisual professions and to raise awareness of equal opportunity issues within the industry. Through various products and programmes, women are supported in their career development, and cultural changes within the industry are initiated. A digital networking platform as well as a contact point for equality and diversity complement the offer.
