Go-for-jobsharing - Workshop on Top- and Jobsharing for HR managers, executives and job sharers

From: Association PTO Part-Time Optimisation The offer supports companies in better utilising the potential of top- and jobsharing. Targeted workshops are offered for HR managers, executives and job sharers to deepen knowledge and promote practical application. Measures such as updating the website, a survey on job- and topsharing in Switzerland as well as a specialist event raise awareness among employers and strengthen the recognition of these work models. Additionally, specialised tools such as HR support, coaching and job analyses are available to ensure sustainable implementation. The Federal Office for Gender Equality (EBG) supports/has supported the project with financial aid.
