From: Association PTO Part-Time Optimisation The offer includes webinars for job and top sharers as well as HR experts to make knowledge and consulting services around top and jobsharing better known. Through measures such as updating the website, a survey on job and topsharing in Switzerland and a specialist event, these work models are promoted and companies sensitised. Additionally, specialised tools such as HR support, workshops, coaching and function assessments are available to support practical implementation.
